Description:
This fine variety tends to be sizeable reaching 24 to 28 in. in length.  Coloration tends toward a yellowish-green, with heavily crumpled, fleshy leaves.  The rib is long, rounded, greenish white, and very sweet and tender.  Petioles tend to be “U” shaped, slender and cream colored.
